Yes, if you wish to recieve a t-shirt, please register through EventBrite, otherwise donate directly to PanCAN. If you are out of town, please email us, so we can ship your t-shirt to you.
There are workout groups every 15 minutes starting at 9 AM and the last group will go at 3:45 PM. Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes to complete waiver and get warmed up.

Participates under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian during their workout time. Full Steam CrossFit reserves the right to refuse participation to minors.

Pancreatic cancer is a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the pancreas. The pancreas is a gland located behind the stomach and in front of the spine. The pancreas produces digestive juices and hormones that regulate blood sugar. Cells called exocrine pancreas cells produce the digestive juices, while cells called endocrine pancreas cells produce the hormones. The majority of pancreatic cancers start in the exocrine cells.Show me the statistics
